About Hollie
From artist liaison on a festival field to production coordination on stadium shows — ten years of learning the job from the ground up.
The short version
Hollie Doherty is a London-based Tour Manager, Production Manager and Production Coordinator. She has worked in live events since 2016 and in touring since 2018, and in 2026 was named Production Coordinator of the Year at the TPi Awards.
She currently coordinates production for Nile Rodgers & CHIC, tour manages Mis-Teeq, and is Tour and Production Manager for Batman (1989) in Concert — a UK theatre tour carrying a 50-piece live orchestra. Alongside touring, she is Executive Business Partner at KB Events, working with the CEO on the strategic growth of the business.
Her route in was the long one. She started as artist liaison and production assistant on UK festivals — Boomtown, Splendour, Detonate, El Dorado, Dot to Dot — then spent years working stages, accreditation, transport and hospitality at festivals across the UK, Europe, the Balkans and Saudi Arabia. That grounding is why her advancing is good: she has done nearly every job she is now asking other people to do.
Since 2022 she has coordinated production for Pet Shop Boys, Will Young, Tom Odell and Sam Fender, tour managed Maggie Lindemann, Casey Lowry and Cameron Hayes, and worked as Tour Coordinator for The Busyhead Project on Noah Kahan's We'll All Be Here Forever tour. In 2026 she chaperoned talent at both the BAFTA Film Awards and the BAFTA TV Awards.
She founded Postcard Touring in 2022 and remains its Director.
How she works
What clients and crew can expect.
Advance early, then stay calm
Most on-the-day chaos is a paperwork failure from three weeks earlier. Hollie front-loads the advance so that show day is boring — which is the point.
Everyone knows where they stand
Clear day sheets, clear schedules, clear comms. Crew, artist party and suppliers all get the same information at the same time.
Welfare is part of production
Mental Health First Aider with addiction and recovery training. On the road, looking after people is not a soft extra — it is how a tour finishes on its feet.
Comfortable at any scale
A 200-cap support run and a stadium show need the same discipline in different sizes. She has done both, plus a 22,000-cap festival advancing 90+ acts across five stages.
