The company

Postcard Touring

Founded in 2022 and directed by Hollie Doherty. Tour management, production management, production coordination and artist liaison — for artists, management, promoters and production companies.

Services

Booked individually, or combined across a full campaign.

01

Tour Management

Day-to-day running of the tour: routing and budgets, travel, hotels, visas and carnets, day sheets, guest lists, settlements and reconciliation. Headline, support and festival runs, UK and international.

02

Production Management

Technical advancing with venues and suppliers, crew and local labour booking, production schedules, rider fulfilment, freight and site logistics. Experience up to a UK theatre tour with a 50-piece live orchestra.

03

04

Artist Liaison & Festival Advancing

Full-festival artist advancing, hospitality and on-site liaison teams — including 22,000-capacity events with 90+ acts across five stages, and multi-stage international festivals.

05

Wardrobe & Tour Support

Wardrobe alongside coordination on festival and tour runs, plus artist PA and tour assistant cover where a campaign needs an extra person on the road.

06

Event Control & Logistics

Event control management and logging, airport and hotel management, artist transport and accreditation for large-scale events and international festivals.

Who it's for

  • Artists and management — needing a tour manager for a headline, support or festival run
  • Promoters and production companies — needing coordination or production management capacity on a show or a season
  • Festivals — needing artist advancing and a liaison team that can run stages on site
  • Tours carrying orchestras or complex builds — where the advance is the hard part

Common questions

What territories do you cover?

UK and Europe as standard, with regular work in the Middle East — particularly Saudi Arabia, where Hollie has worked SoundStorm, Balad Beast, 1001 Nights, Keinemusik at Al Ula, LIV Golf and PIF Ladies Golf. She holds both Irish and English passports.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Touring diaries fill months ahead, and the value of the role is mostly in the advance — the earlier the booking, the more of the work can be done properly before anyone gets on a bus. That said, cover and short-notice work is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can you supply more than one person?

Yes. Postcard Touring has supplied and managed liaison and coordination teams — including a team of eight artist liaison reps at SoundStorm, and full liaison teams across a five-stage festival. Tell us the scope and we will scope the crew.

Do you work on theatre and non-music events?

Yes. Current work includes a UK theatre tour of Batman (1989) in Concert with a 50-piece live orchestra, and Hollie has chaperoned talent at the BAFTA Film and TV Awards, worked golf and sporting events, and coordinated brand and corporate events.

What are your rates?

Rates depend on role, scale, territory and length of engagement. Send the dates and scope and you will get a clear quote back. [Draft — confirm preferred wording, and whether to publish a rate card or day rate band.]
